How does the process work to sell my house?

As soon as you complete our Property Information Form, we will do some preliminary research on your property and one of our real estate solutions specialists will contact you to discuss the details.  In some situations, we may be able to make you an offer right over the phone!  Typically, we will schedule a time with you to view the property so we can gain a better understanding of the specifics which will enable us to make you a thoughtful, reasonable offer!

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition, in any area, in any price range, in any situation! We will buy your house as-is, you don’t need to do ANY repairs!

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

We look at location, condition, needed repairs and value of comparable homes recently sold in your area. We take all this into consideration before making an earnest offer to you.  Our goal is to come to an agreement that works for you and works for us – a win/win!

What do you mean “any condition, area, price range, or situation”?

Whether your house is in foreclosure, over-leveraged, condemned, has liens or health department violations, not maintained, burned damaged, or about to fall down WE CAN BUY IT!

Are you REALTORS®?

We are not licensed real estate agents, we are a real estate investment company. We specialize in buying houses directly from sellers.  Many people prefer to deal directly with investors (like us) because we make the process quick and easy! We will purchase your home AS-IS (meaning you don’t need to spend time or money on making any repairs), we can close on your timeline, and you’ll save thousands of dollars by not having to pay agent commissions.  If you are selling your home yourself, we would love to speak with you to see if we can help!  However, if listing your property is the best solution, then we can definitely connect you with a top notch real estate agent.

What will your service cost me?

Nothing! We do not charge you any fees to discuss your situation, make you an offer or to buy your home.

How do you have money to buy houses for cash?

We have access to a phenomenal network of nationwide investors.  Maintaining our integrity and high ethical standards is critical to our business and affords us the opportunity to buy multiple properties at any given time.

Am I under any obligation to sell my home if I fill out your Property Information Form?

No! There is no obligation on your side! We will simply review the information, make you an offer, and you choose to accept or reject it – totally your choice!

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us! Any information you provide to us is completely confidential and will be kept in the strictest confidence. Our reputation and integrity depends on it!

How do I ensure the transaction is safe?

We have established relationships with licensed title and escrow companies to manage and protect both sides of the transaction.

What if I am behind on my payments, in foreclosure or bankruptcy? Are you still able help?

If I know of another property your company may want to buy, do you pay a referral fee?

Yes – you may be able to earn up to $1,000 for a referral if we end up purchasing the property! For example, if there is a vacant house on your street or if you know someone who needs to sell their home, please refer them to us! Better yet, please complete our Property Information Form so we can do the research and make an offer. Be sure to let us know in the comments section that it is not your personal property.
